Registration Procedure
Delegates can register for the conference by the following methods:
- Register ONLINE
- Complete the registration form and return it with appropriate payment to the Conference Secretariat. Upon receipt of the completed Registration Form and full payment, the Conference Secretariat will issue a letter of confirmation by email.

Payment
Payment of registration fees must be made in Hong Kong Dollars by the following methods:
- Credit card: Visa or MasterCard
- International Bank Transfer
- Personal or Company Cheque in Hong Kong Dollars payable to “International Conference Consultants Limited” (for local participants only)

Terms and Regulations
- Each individual delegate has to complete a separate Registration Form.
- Registration Form without payment will NOT be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
- All registrations are subject to availability and acceptance by the Conference Secretariat. The Conference Secretariat will send a Registration Confirmation by email upon receipt of your Registration Form and full payment. If your registration is not successful, the Conference Secretariat will also send you a notification.
- You have to present the registration confirmation email on the day of the conference. Should you forget to bring your confirmation, we will need identity proof which is corresponding to your registered name.
- If you cannot attend the conference, please contact the Secretariat by email at bgca2016@icc.com.hk as soon as possible. The Conference Secretariat may at the absolute discretion allow you to send a substitute in your place provided that the Conference Secretariat has received your notification prior to the conference and confirm you by email.
- If you notify us that you wish to cancel your attendance for which a registration fee is payable, then cancellation charges shall apply as follows:

- Whilst the programme is correct at the time of posting in the conference website, in certain circumstances, it may be necessary for reasons beyond the organizer’s control to change the content and timing of the conference, the speakers, the dates or venue. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled, the organizer will refund in full all registration fees, but hereby disclaim any further liability. If the conference takes place but you are unable to attend, whether for reasons within or beyond your control, the above conditions in relation to substitutions and cancellations will apply.
- All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
- The information on the Registration Form is to facilitate us in preparing your participation in the conference. All the information you provide will be restricted to the Organizer and other related working parties. You have the right of access and correction with respect to your personal data held by us. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact the Secretariat.
